I’d like to know this too.. I would say an implant would rid essentially of all the hard flaccid issues other than sensation. I mean you can’t shrink up anymore with the implant and ofcourse it will fix the Ed. If I can’t improve in another year I’m going to be pushing hard for an implant.

I have talked to a few guys on the forum that hard HF then got the implant and it worked great. Do you have only Hf or along side long flacid as well.

https://www.pegym.com/forums/penile-ano ... dvice.html

look up long flacid. I had HF for 4 months then LF now heading to an implant. if your getting nocturnal erections and morning wood i would say implant isnt for you now. but if its somewhere where your losing the elasticity i would suggest get the implant.

I am a no way Physician. These are only advice. Get guided by a good doctor.

Thanks

I go back and forth from HF and LF throughout the day. My CNS is certainly messed up from PFS, but after 16+ years of it and the ED it comes with, I'm just ready for the implant. I've tried a number of different physical therapies to address this and hundreds of other interventions.
