Telephone appointment with DR. EID today?

Hey guys I have a telephone appointment with Dr EID today at 4pm. Is there certain questions I should ask him today?
I am 53 with SUPER SUPER bad Peyronie’s disease ( 90% upward curve ) tried ALL the injections and the pain that came with it. Tried the traction devices (2 ) to no avail. Also tried graft surgery which I believe made things worse. I was taking 5mg of cialis but just went to 20mg before sex. ( that 20mg didn’t work last night ). It’s definitely time to fix this . Been dealing with this way to long. ( almost 2 years ) . Plz help.

I’m not familiar with PD, but I suggest watching all his You Tube videos (the non-surgical ones) and reading all the FAQ’s on his website.

I would also ask about outcomes of patients with similar conditions so you can set you expectations accordingly. Also, maybe start the conversation by stating your goal for the conversation to stay on topic.

Will I need any other reconstruction in addition to an implant?
What type of implant would you recommend?
What would be my expected degree of curvature after the operation?
What does my recover look like?
Can I expect to lose any length?

How did your appointment go?

I have had two telemedicine appointments, numerous e-mail exchanges and have decided to have the surgery with Dr. Eid. Two other doctors I consulted with said that if they needed the surgery, he’d be the one they’d choose. That says a lot.

There have been many journals here and on other sites of severe peyronies curves straightened just by implanting a titan with modeling.

The titan fixed my 35 or so curve by itself. I went through 4 urologists before finding one I liked. They all agreed that the titan should be my implant option. I can say it even fixed my natural curve.

On the revision, I had the ams 700 lgx put in. I was straight with the titan. I now have my natural curve back with the ams. Ams cylinders are not as stiff. Go with the titan even if they have the stiffer non pumped cylinders.

Oh my revision was not titans fault. It quit after a hernia surgery. No idea what happened.

I am interested in your words. I am making an investigation about AMS LGX and I am suffering ED maybe psicological, maybe vascular. I am seeing that it is posible that I am going to need an implant. One of the things I see in LGX is that this model preservates the natural curves of the penises. I have a little natural ascendent curve and I would like to preservate if I get an implant. I can read that you recover your natural curve after your revision and it is a very good information for me. So, I want to know your sensations and comparison between your first titan and you actual LGX. Could you write the advantages or disadvantages or each one?
