Advice needed again

Hello
As its been almost 2 years facing my light and hollow penis, which feels its as light as a feather not joking. blood flow issue along with hard flacid isssues. Could someone help me with advising me if im able to get a world class surgeon under 20 K USD. Any good doctors that is concerned about sizing correctly and has done quiet a few implants. I heard Dr Clavell in Houston is good can anyone give any reviews and about the price to.

Dr. Tariq Hakky is also a famous one. A lot of happy patients. I didn't hear any complain about him.

Though I have installed by Dr Kramer in Turkey, I have heard that many Middle Eastern guys frequent there for their surgery (mostly malleable) and the price must be very competitive considering you are an Indian/Thai person. But don’t rush, as compared to US doctors I am sure the Turkish urologists are less experienced in IPP.

Clavell did my Titan implant surgery August 2020 and he was great. He gives you his cell after surgery and you can text him if you have questions. I am not sure of the cash price but think its in the thread below.
