Question on how much to pump

Hi guys.
I'm just 17 weeks out of surgery and I have a question about pumping or cycling. I lost some girth after the surgery and I'm cycling aggressively to try to recover what I had before surgery. I pump until the bulb becomes really hard. I have a lot of hand strength can pump the pump even when hard.
My question is how do I know when to stop trying to pump?
Maybe some of you guys, who've been bionic for years can give a newbie some insight. I was never activated by my surgeon due to a tear in my sack so I've never really been told what my max is. Thanks in advance and happy new year to you all.

Idd imagine that the new cylinders are giving you some resistance as you approach max inflation. A hot bath should help loosen up the cylinders and allow for more pumps. You might want to take the hard pump as a sign to not over do it because you definitely wouldn’t want to break your implant. I had a revision done recently and requested for my surgeon to add extra saline to my revisor. Before my revision I was able to use all the saline and my pump would go flat. I had 125cc of saline originally and during my revision the surgeon added an extra 20cc. I’m thinking I should gain a bit more girth after this revision now that I have 14% more saline to use.

Thanks for that advice. My pump never goes soft so I must have plenty of saline

I can add more pumps after a few minutes for a couple of times.
It would be nice to see the results if you care to share.

Are you going to Dr Eid for the revision? How many years you used it? I thought, Dr Eid, Dr Kramer hardly perform any revisions on their own implant.

Pump till bulb is hard the bend it up, down and sideways. After a few minutes you should be able to pump more. I pump till it hurts.

How Many Pumps???

I am one year post op with an AMS 700 implant. I pump until I get the hardness I want And the comfort I desire. I think we all do something similiar. To give a number of pumps would all vary I am sure of that! Stick with the necessities 1. Hardness 2. Comfort. Go for it.
