I had a Titan 18+1 instaled in 9/2018. Work at the hospital where I wear scrubs. Never was easy to conceal my Titan. It was always poking and sticking out which was eye caching for many I worked with as for passers in the hollways for witch I felt very often uncomfortable when seeing others faces fixed to my middle part of the body.
With Titan, I was never happy how it looked and feel flaccid. Flaccid angle was never lover then 45 degrees. It felt totally unnatural and severely widened even in flaccid state.
Just recently, on December 2, I had me revision and received AMS 700 CX 21cm + 1.5 cm RTE.
Already very happy how it looks and feels.

That is very concerning as I wear scrub pants 5 days out of the week. Did you try wearing any tight underwear or compression shorts to combat the issue? I would hate to fix a problem that I use for 1 hour a day and introduce another problem for the other hours of the day.

Which implant do you think would be most ideal for a young single guy that would like to be discrete about his implant with potential partners?
I know that LGX has a better flaccid state but the pump is more cumbersome and obvious and that titan is the opposite. Which is more easier to inflate and deflate more discretely? I work scrub pants for work, would this be a problem with the 'titan?

I don’t mean to be bizarre but is the first picture erect or not? That’s literally about how my penis looks naturally at it’s very hardest, and tbh it does not feel like a full good erection and hardly stays around for very long anyway

Both are erect and the swim brief pic shows the manageable bulge. With the implant the erection is hard like a piece of wood if you inflate it completely. Really, don’t go through a life of difficulty if you have a uro that rec an implant. You need a good wife and a full life together.

Thanks! I legitimately don’t know recall what a full erection feels like. You’re supposed to actually feel rock solid right? I had it as a young young teenager but then as I described in my story lost that sensation.

I would think ability to conceal with the Titan may depend on your length, if you are blessed with a longer penis, the flaccid hang should be a lot more and less poking out in the scrub pants and maybe similar to the LGX. I have the LGX and seems to hang pretty well, although with some gym shorts you can definitely see the outline of my penis through it even wearing underwear.

You need a uro who will do an ultrasound—sounds like a venous leak. Has anyone done an ultrasound? (That’s where you are injected, creating an erection and the test shows your ability to have and maintain an erection.) I am sure the urologists you have seen are not convinced you have a problem due to your age, but some uro somewhere will. You might need to shop around for someone willing to take you seriously. I wish I had! It is only when I went to the Mayo Clinic did I get answers.

I am about 4.5" flaccid and just under 6.5" bp. Any idea if that is enough to be discrete?

Can a lgx or titan both be pumped with just one hand? which is harder or takes longer to pump?
