Hi guys,
I was implanted with an AMS LGX (21+1cm rte) in September so I’ve had it for about 3 months.
The pain is all gone, apart from when I pump up to the max and I’ve been pumping it up at least twice a day but haven’t seen any increase in size that everyone talks about. This means at the moment I am about three quarters of an inch smaller in length and my girth is also smaller than I was pre-op. Could I still see an increase or is 3 months too long?
In terms of the implant itself I am happy with how it looks visually, my surgery was done infrapubic and there are no noticeable scars or anything so I am happy in that respect it’s just the loss of size that is bothering me right now.

I am sure you will, keep cycling like you are and you should get there. I have a Titan and I got back all my length whic is around 7.25+" Jim

My dr said I would get it all back with cycling in 2 years. I had mine all back at 2 months. What was your pre operation length and what size implant was installed? I only had ed for 9 months before the implant due to an rp.

Just had my revision on 12/2. Already recovered well and waiting to start cycling. My doctor activates at 6 weeks post implant surgery. I have an appointment on 1/11/21 to get activated.
I changed from Titan to AMS 700 CX 21 + 1.5cm RTE.
Already, very happy how it looks and feel.
Was never happy with my Titan flaccid look an angle, it was hard to conceal it while wearing scrubs at the hospital.

I had a surgery recently and had Titan 22cm installed 3 weeks ago. I am struggling with this too. I lost 0.7” length so psychologically it is messing with my mind. I know I can recover my original length with cycling but I need to know how many times did you cycle and for how long did you keep it erect? Did you sit in hot bath?
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I was fortunate to have a 106f degree 2 person hot tub I used every day. As I said, all my length was back within a few months. It was only 1/2" shorter coming out of the bandages. There are posts on "cycling procedures" here look back in older posts or search cycling procedure. Most guys do it twice a day for 1/2 hr. I am almost 2 years post op and mine still hurts if I pump to max and leave it that way for 1/2 hr.

I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

Dr Ralph in London.
Don’t get me wrong, I am happy with everything else other than the size loss, which could be worse I guess. I’m at about 6 inches now but I do have less girth as well.
Other than that I am happy. I was just wondering whether this will be my final size now or could it increase still?
