Going to do the implant, which 1 though

I am consindering malleable, but would like some input on the pros and cons

For me, me and the wife enjoy some of the kinky things like cbt, and been known to play with other couples

So it seems to me that infltable would prevent my cbt play,
And when playing with others it could be a little incoveiant, not sure though

But it seems that the inflatables would offer more size retanage and maybe a little more girth ( since I am not a porn star here)

Also was going to use Dr Kramer, had an appt with him for 1/22/21 but he has since left Chesapeake Urology and no forwarding to as of where he went as of yet. Any other recommendations or in the Maryland Baltimore area

A malleable is said to have a greater chance of erosion as it does not deflate and maintains pressure all the time. So cbt is not really a fit with any implant. And would increase the chances of infection a lot I would think. But I am not a doctor. I would say to ask a doctor about this. But I guess you could still do it and just have more frequent reoperations. Would be expensive and more operations would mean more chances for infection.

As far as picking a doctor you can use health grades and search your zip code for penile implants and look for doctors that are rated very high or high for implants and complex penile surgery experience. Even some good ones that have normal experience. But dismiss any that are may perform or have those not listed. Make a list then use the search function on this site for those doctors. If you need help with this send me a PM and I will get you my number and walk you through it. That way you get info from user's who are no longer active on this board.

Never done cbt, but don't see why an inflatable would be a problem. I not only have an implant put but also an aus pump on the right side. I like to have my entire ball sack and cock squeezed when getting head. Each testicle can be found and sucked on with the pump in there. Especially the right one if you only have 1 pump. On me the left nut stays hidden up above the implant pump. It still can be found to massaged.

I would be terrified of doing CBT (Cock & Ball Torture) with an implant. Having my balls squeezed and tortured would be bad enough but flesh can (usually) heal. Pulling on the tubing to my implant in a way that doesn't occur normally might damage where the tubing connects to the rear tips and the cylinder bladders. Flesh can heal but the implant cannot and it's not worth a $30,000 expense to indulge in a fetish that could break my implant and require a revision.

Disclaimer: I in no way would have ever considered CBT, even before being implanted, however even more so now would I avoid the practice.

Just a thought but I would not pull to much on the pump so if you pull your ball sac down very far you could pull the tubes out for sure. The tubes do not stretch which is why some on here have problems if a doc puts it to high. Then they have to have it surgically lowered.

The other issue will be the hard parts in the tip if you have an inflatable. The cylinders are flexible so they might not be an issue. Malleable bend but only so far. Not sure what would happen if you tried to force it past a certain point. Probably not good though. Not sure if they can break but if they did, ouch.

Probably be one of those things you will have to figure out what you can do after the implant.
