MK1965....My first implant was like yours....wrongly installed and with a cross. Eventually the pump "migrated" to a spot where I couldn't deflate...stayed "half inflated" for a month or two....Dr Perito fixed that but, I've had several issues. But...I'VE HAD FUN!!!!

My Titan did not fail. Because of crossover, I had constant pain but I did not complain enough and every time I mentioned it to my surgeon he always said everything is okay and it’s normal.
My revision surgeon definitely confirmed crossover with damage to my right cylinder with severe thinning of tunica.
I am already very happy with my new implant even before started cycling.

What is crossover? Your cylinders swapped places?
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

Not necessarily BOTH cylinders swapping places but one or both cylinders crossing to the opposite erectile body in error during implantation.

A right cylinder cross-over means in the case of MK1965, that the rear tip of the right cylinder crossed from the right corporal body into the left one within his crus (he posted his scan images). His left corpus cavernosum had both rear-tips within his crus. The left one which should have been there, along with the right as it crossed over.

Ouch! That sounds bad. The urologist must be novice to make such a mistake. Glad that this is not something that happens after a successful implant, I got terrified for a minute.
