1 Month to Go Until Bionic

Postby LookingUp » Tue Dec 22, 2020 5:26 pm

On the Schedule with Dr. Brady January 22nd 2021. It's getting real now. Spoke with the local AMS Rep, Nelson. Good info. Got a demo pump and DVD on the way.

The Final Countdown!

What is your preference CX or LGX?
I just recently had revision, Titan was removed and I received AMS CX.
My preference was LGX but my surgeon told me before surgery, if I measure 21 cm, highly recommended CX which I agreed.
While he opened me up, he encountered some issues with my first implant which had a crossover, right RTE went together with left one into left crus.
Bifold of my right cylinder put pressure on my tunica which was severely thinned in 2 places which needed reinforcement of tunica and he performed right corporoplasty.
Encountering all this issues and increasing length of +2 cm, warranted CX placement.
My recovery was really easy and I am happy how it looks and feel. It feels totally natural penis with no dog ears and no buckling.
Dr Clavell is and exceptionaly good surgeon who has his patients best interest on hand.

I read your posting about your revision. I'll ask the same of Dr. Brady. It's his call. LGX, if not CX I'm a whopping 14cm hard up. Hard when I need it, soft when I don't. That's my goal. :)

did a video conference with Dr. Brady with some last minute questions. Great answers and looks like a AMS CX for me.

Moving along.

You won’t be sorry. I am thrilled with my result and the procedure and healing time was easy. Very little discomfort, no pain, no bruising and the size and girth are perfect. Hope for the best but this should be a simple process.

Hey LU,

I wanted to get with you, now that you're 2 weeks out, to assure you that you are making a good decision. The first few days/weeks are a little rough, but once you heal and get accustomed to it, you will really appreciate your rediscovered virility. There will be an adjustment period, both for you and your partner, but you will not regret getting an implant. And it keeps getting better as it softens up and you get more acclimated to it.

I am just shy of my 1-year anniversary with my implant, in fact it's one day before your surgery date. I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year of implanted life.

Best of luck to you and Dr. Brady. Let us know how you like it after you've learned to inflate & deflate.

Cheers, Tom
