Getting an erection and having sex has always being very important to me. Life without sex is very depressing to me. So if it takes four or five surgeries, so be it.

It is very important to get a good surgeon that knows what he is doing. I had problem with my first revision where the surgeon did not pull the cylinders into the glan far enough, luckily the pump failed ten months later and the surgeon spotted that right away and replaced the cylinders with longer one's and then added rte's according. But this last surgery the man knew exactly what to do and I could not ask for a better looking dick. LOL! And the recovery was much quicker on my last surgery. Four weeks and I was ready for action.
