"Pressure" feeling with an implant

Hi guys. Do you remember when you were 15, ED was just a distant nightmare and just touching or looking at a nice girl was enough to give you strong, lasting erections?

If you're remembering that feeling, you're certainly able to remember also a "pressure" feeling inside the penis, a typical "full pression" sensation that you could feel when you are 110% erect and your corpora cavernosa full filled with blood. Now, my questiion is..

With an implant, do yoy recover that feeling of fullness and PRESSURE when 100% pumped? Does it feel like when you were 15?

Since ED, i lost that pressure feeling even at 100% erection and i really miss it. Please share!

The simple answer is YES! With the implant I gained length and girth. If I completely inflate, the feeling is awesome.

This is one of thw questions i asked the guys i taked to before " Does an omplant erection feel like a natural erection?" They said yes
My inplant is only 17 days old and i have been inflating for three days. Right now when i inflate. I get a pins/needles sensation. But this is getting better everyday. I would say that generally it feels like an erection. But not exactly like. Plua we arent 19 anymore. Things are going to be different

Ehy implant1959! First of all, congratulations for your new implant!
Secondary, im not yet implanted but i feel like its too early for you to judge. 17 days is nothing, your body is probably still recovering from the surgery and thus it will get better and better, both the pain and the inflammation. Please, keep us updated about your implant story )

So first let me explain that the pressure at least in my case was always in the CRUS, not the penis. Once the penis was at full, there was no appreciable change in sensation there regardless of position. On the other hand though, when lifting or lowering my penis outside of the natural position for my erection, I felt pressure in the crus, at or further inside from the base of my dick, no doubt when it was flexing and pulling at the suspensory ligament and further back.

Yes, with a fully inflated implant, I still feel that highly stimulating feeling of pressure inside my crus whenever I lift my dick up beyond it's normal hang. In my case I don't get a similar surge of sensation when pressing down as far as I can tell but it definitely brings back memories of my post-pubescent sexual sensations anytime I lift my dick UP flat against my belly while fully inflated.

Short answer no. Nothing replaces the feeling of a blood filled dick. Trimix with its associated pain had a more natural feeling than the implant. It does give me a Horney feeling when it is pumped up.

As oldbeak, my answer is the same, NO To that feeling from when I was 15-20 y/0.i am sure, for guys who still have their prostates, feeling is better, but I don’t know if it is comparable teenage ranging erections.
Same as oldbeak, I am prostate cancer survivor and without prostate nothing is same, not even close what it was before prostate removal.

How many times are you cycling per day at 17 days out?

The doc wants me cycling once a day to fully fully inflated for 15 minutrs rhen he wants it completely deflated every day for 3 months. This all allowing for mazimum space for reservoir and maximun expansion of penis. I am alliwed to use it so i can inflate more then once a day. But otherwuse keep it deflated. He said after three months i have choixe if i want ro keep a few pumps in it, but to prevent tissue erosuon shoukd only be erect "when using it*.
I know things are getting better every day. I still have some numbness and swelling and of course the fucking sensation with inflation. In day one of inflation he told me i was approved to use. Went home and took the wife to bed. The stinging sensation did dampen the evidence, so i am going to avoid penetration until that improves. I can still get wife off without erection, i have been doing that for awhile. When i feel my comfort level will slow for better penetrative sex. I sm booking is in nice hotel for the weekend with nice dinners out , champagne in the room. What i refer to as Prosthesis Honeymoon. But until then every day things are improving.
