Now that I'm at 10 weeks post surgery, I'm supposed to be inflating twice a day. But the problem is with all this pumping the inside of my scrotum is sore as hell. So sore that I'm not inflating like I should.
My question is: How long until the inside of your scrotum stopped hurting from pumping up the implant?

Re: Scrotum Pain
Glenn, everyone is different but I am not sure how long it took me. I know I had to feel around my scrotum to miss parts that would hurt, I sat in a small tub of hot water at the start and that helped.

I let mine rest for several days and didn’t pump. I would pull down on the pump but did not cycle. It let my sack recover

If your incision is healed, take warm bath after asking the Dr. I am not allowed to take warm bath yet so I am talking warm showers and it helps ease things and loosen them up a bit. It makes it easier and less painful to pump. The second thing you should do is to take a small hand towel and use that to pump, it makes it much easier to pump.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I'm guessing that the ridges on the pump are so that you know that you are squeezing the pump. Or are they for getting a better grip? Why didn't they just put the ridges on two sides instead of all four.

I'm pretty sure the ridges (both on the AMS and Titan pumps) are there to aid in gripping so the pump doesn't "SHOOT" out of your fingers while pumping it up. Even with the ridges, the pump can still slip sometimes and it will definitely wake one up when it smacks into a testicle or the bottom of one's penis.
Over time the ridges become a non-issue and I don't even feel them. In that respect, my pump is quite comfortable (although it still has arguments with my left testicle).
