I have yet to have any tests. It's just that through a brief discussion with an andrologist who really knows his stuff, and my own reasoning (for what that's worth...) it seems that there is a certainly a leak there.

There may be fibrosis, that may be the cause of the leak, the tunica being less elastic/stretchy/too rigid...or who knows what. In the end an implant is the only option. Sorry I can't be more use. I'll let you know when (if these days) these bastard lockdowns end.

I use the osbon tension bands for a good seal. They are massively overpriced. I hope that with an implant, pushing out upon inflation, that I will get away with a looser ring.

Each to their own though, you will have to experiment.

I think that viagra or the Cialis 5mg regimen helps the psyche...Eid mentioned that it does help to engorge the glans. It also is just a healthy thing to do for you dick. It does get expensive but if you have the money why not.

I will try anthing to enhance my erection, and now using Sinfinadil 20mg since it is cheaper then the Cialis regimen. I will use the VED too , to get more engorgement and then use a ring.

Whatever makes you happy and you have to be careful that is for sure.

Good to know Markos! Have you had any feedback from dr.eid about ved? Do you think to use it as a therapy (to enanche size or to help glans) or just to use it before sex?

I've taken 5 mg of Cialis daily for several years and it does nothing for glans engorgement. On date nights, I'll take another 30-40 mg of Cialis. Still NO plump!
