Cylinder length vs bone pressed post implant penis length.

Postby SW0110 » Sun Dec 13, 2020 9:54 am

I kind of hate the surveys and I realize no 2 men will have the same post implant length because of inner and outer measurement differences.

Over 2 years ago, before I got my first implant, i went through thousands of posts looking for information on cylinder length implanted and the resulting length you were able to get back with them. I keep seeing these same questions and thought maybe we could start a post where you just put model, cylinder length, plus rtes. Then a bone pressed length measurement, BPLM, a girth if you know it.

Probably needs to be at 8 months to a year after implant though. Maybe we will get some responses to help the newer members out.

My measurements are at month 10 with both models below.

Titan implant. 18 cm cylinder plus 1 rte. So 19 total. BPLM 6.75 inches length, girth 5.5

Lgx revision. 18 cm cylinders plus 2 rte. So 20 total. BPLM 6.75 inches length, girth 5.5

This is pretty darn close to my pre ed and peyronies size. Not sure why mine are equal with both but the ruler and tape measure just deal with facts.
18 cm plus 1 rte titan installed March 2019. Revision March 2020 by Dr. Andrew Todd, Richmond KY. He replaced the titan with an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm cylinder plus 2 rte for 20 cm total length.

Excellent topic!!!!!

I read in older topics the math was 1/3 distal and 2/3 proximal.
In your case it would be:
Titan 2/3*19= 12.66cm /2.54 = 5 inch
AMS 2/3*20= 13,33 cm /2.54 = 5.25 inch.

Seems it's possible to be 1,5 inch longer then this math.

Congrats and thax for this post

Does your 1/3 proximal 2/3 distal equation based on penoscrotal incision or infrapubic?
I am definitely thinking there is a difference. You are entering the penis at 2 different areas. It would appear to me that the penoscrotal incision would be more proximal. And some of that distal length is not included in the final bplm measurement.

Really no idea if that makes difference. But i did the math on the OP and he had penoscrotal
