Why a malleable? I am getting a malleable this Friday because of limited hand dexterity.
34 yo, limited hand/finger dexterity. Tried vacuums, pills, TriMix, and Jelqs and nothing works. Implanted with AMS 700CX 21cm, Right 0.5 RTE by Dr. Clavell in Houston, TX on 5/12/21. Frenectomy 5/11/22 by Dr. Clavell.

Malleables are for the guys that don't have dexterity in fingers to inflate and deflate. Unless this is an issue i would go for inflatable.
The inflatable gives you chance of increasing girth and length over time. Plus a much mor natural look when flaccid.
You might want to talk to guys with both and get their opinions
