Question about Dr. Eid's statement on TITAN

So, the baseline diameter of the Titan is like 21/22 mm . Let's say that the surgeon puts this implant and you have after the surgery literally ZERO corpora cavernosa spared from the surgery, so basically it means zero residual erection and zero corpora cavernosa expansion.

Your baseline girth should be, when flaccid, 22mm +22mm PLUS the structure of the penis. Let's say that you end, in flaccid state, with a penis with 11/12cm girth (4,5").

Now my question is: if pre-surgery your penis reached huge girths like 15/16 cm (6" - 6,3") for example, will the TITAN expand until your reach that same expansion like before the surgery?

That's what i've understood from Dr. Eid's statement , but i would like someone with the Titan (or who spoke with Eid) who can confirm or deny this.

I was over 7" in girth before the surgery. I lost about .68" girth and am not far enough out from surgery to know if it will be recovered. In another video by Eid he sates that no implant can give you back that kind of girth. I asked Dr. Hakky if he agreed with Eid and if he thought I would regain all my girth. He said he doubted it. That he gave me the largest girth Titan they made but they did not design then for my kind of girth. I'm hoping they are both wrong and that I regain my girth. I still have tremendous girth but every man wants everything back that hey lost.
I hope this answers your question or give some insight. Maybe some of you other guys , with tremendous girth and tell your experience. someone who is farther out from surgery than me. My implant was done on September 1st

Have seen your posts, and it is fair to say that you seem very focused on, maybe obsessed, with girth after implant.
Haven't read all your posts, and hence don't know your story and the severity of your ED.
But let me skip the technical answer to your question above for a minute and say this:

What the F does it matter????
The simple logic is that if your dick sucks, if you cannot get hard enough for long time enough to have a sex life which is good enough for you - then you need to do something about it.
The simple solution is pills. If pills work, meaning they give you an erection that is hard enough long time enough to have a sex life which is good enough for you, then use them. Yes you need the hassle of popping a pill, but that's as good as it is going to get if your dick is broken.
If pills don't work, you must move on to injections or implant. I never did injections and wouldn't want to. I'd rather have an implant, but that's individual preference.
So if this chain of questions have taken you all the way down to the implant option - then what does it matter what your girth will be?
If your dick sucks and your sex life sucks, and the implant is your only choice, then that's it. No other choice. Your girth will be what your girth will be.
Your question implies that you think that if your girth will be ok, then you will get an implant. If your girth will be too small, then you will not get an implant.

Either your dick works today or it doesn't. If it does, don't get an implant even it would give you a super girth.
If your dick doesn't work today, you need got get an implant no matter what your girth will be.
An implant is not a cosmetical dick enhancement. An implant is a last resort when your dick is crap.
Girth. length, having a pump in your sack, having to pump up before sex, risk of needing to have sex with a hard shaft and a soft head all comes with the package.
But no matter what, if your dick doesn't work today, there is no other choice.

Then to go techy, I think a Titan will give a girth of roughly 11.5 cm when fully inflated as it is, implant only. But of course, every human being will have some flesh on top that which will be added to girth.
I have seen your previous question about how to calculate that, and how pre-surgery girth will impact these calculations etc.
I say as I said above - forget all that. Nobody will be able to tell you what your girth will be after implant surgery.
What we do know is that if your dick works good enough today, don't get an implant.
If your dick is a pile of crap which doesn't work for sex, then an implant is a good option.
What girth you will get with your implant is secondary and will be known after surgery.
If girth is important to you, you should probably get a Titan since it is the implant which has the largest girth cylinders of all types.
Not that is relevant since we're all different, but my girth pre-implant was about 14 cm. Now it is about 3-4 mm larger. Small gain, but no loss.
My length actually increased more than my girth.

Finally, the Titan being tunica dependent, if I remember correctly, means that it will expand to the limit of your tunica.
Other implants have a mesh which will restrict its girth expansion. The Titan does not and will be limited only by the tunica.
This is how I remember Eid explained it to me, but this was 5 years ago, wo I won't bet all my money on this being 100% correct...
