Even when not feeling sexy, I pump up to maximum, usually at night before falling asleep. I do it just as a therapeutic thing and it is now a bedtime ritual, like brushing my teeth.

(Even if I am feeling badly, I feel better...because I HAVE AN ERECTION! But that is just a joy to me because I was denied good erections for so long.)

I do not worry about staying pumped up too long because the pressure in my glans wakes me after a while (just enough to deflate) and I deflate and go back to sleep. I fully deflate (squeeze completely down to flaccid) in the morning (sometimes after a second period of inflation).

I do do testosterone shots, have beenfor the past 4-5 years. But over the past few months I've probably only done two injections. I just didn't have the energy to stick myself while recovering from the surgery.

That may be part of the lack of desire, but the virus is new territory.

It's funny but when flaccid, I have discomfort due to a kink.
I end up pumping just enough to remove the kink and leave it that way til the next morning when I almost always pump it more.

I actually don't usually feel discomfort when fully pumped.

I think my right hand cylinder could be a bit too long causing the kink, but it's too late to worry about that.

Hope you get better soon, that should help regain some of those feelings. As much as I've always been a very horny guy after my surgery there was NO thought of sex in my brain. It took me a few weeks to heal and feel better then you would have thought it was a new toy! Sex with the wife and masturbate too.
