So today, I was finally able to urinate myself and was able to take off bandages and shower. I have a lot of pressure at the base of my penis. I hung out all day just letting it hang. It also tends to lean towards the left. Been putting ice to also help swelling. Here’s a few pics.

Hey Sgarza - things will look a lot different down there in a couple of weeks ... it takes some time for the swelling to go down and everything to settle into place. You won't really know how things are going to look until you start pumping and cycling - the implant has a way of straightening everything out once you start using it. Be patient and let things heal up for a while.

I am a 32yr old getting an implant soon. Because of my limited hand dexterity, the doc is recommending a malleable implant

Regardless of your choice, an implant is the right cure. At your age I'd be inclined to try the 1 piece with the plan of switching out to a 3 piece at age 55 or so. But if you don't like it a sooner revision is always possible especially since your doctor has advised it.
I was not able to activate my pump properly for the first four months. That was a daily nightmare that I could not escape from. When I would finally get it to work I'd have to leave it inflated so I could use it again the next time. To hide my erection I wore flyless clown pants to work and also tried a cup. Eventually I had a pump revision and that made the difference. Am I happier with a properly working 3 piece? Yes. But I was so grateful to be able to have sex again staying inflated was well worth it. And a 1 piece can be bent straight up or down your leg. My only choice was straight out.

Day 5 update:

Fairly easy weekend. I am now able to wear pants. Lol. Kinda over did it yesterday by standing too long by a few hours. When coming home, my penis and ball-sack was throbbing and a bit swollen. My sack was the size of a grapefruit. I took some meds and a iced shower and things began to calm down a bit. I also noticed my penis likes to favor the left side, so I am trying to put it to the right side in my pants so I don’t have a curvature. It is still kind of painful moving my penis around. The pic is from this morning. Dr. Clavell has been super helpful thus far answering all of my questions and concerns. I just can’t wait for 6 weeks to come so I can start cycling.

I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

Size before surgery was right under 5". Before ED, I was 6.5", so I lost a quite a bit.

What was the reason of your ED? Did you and your doctor talked about the sliding technique?
