Size before surgery was right under 5". Before ED, I was 6.5", so I lost a quite a bit.

I did VED for 4 months prior to surgery.

I have a splinter-like sensation in my ball-sack near the pump area. Comes and goes. Is this normal?

Some surgeons throw a couple of stiches inside to tie the pump into the desired spot - could be that. Lots of smaller sensations/pains/itches/swelling is completely normal until you are healed up. I'd say don't worry too much about this one - unless it doesn't resolve in a week or two - then I would ask my doctor about it.

Day 8 Update:

A week has now past and pain has subsided a bit. Still swollen some but not as bad. I noticed I am not able to completely empty my bladder and at night, I have accidents. My doctor wants me to self cath at night so this doesn’t happen. I still let my penis hang out as it aches to move it in any direction. It still tends to favor the left side. I am not sure if it is forming a curvature. My balls just has a slight ache, but the splinter-like sensation has mostly gone away.

I am not flaccid at the moment. Tips do not feel weird in my glans. I can't even feel the tips.
