AMS pump heaviness
Anyone else get this? I get a "dragging" feeling from the pump block, especially if I'm walking a lot and dont have anything supportive on. After awhile, it becomes like an inguinal mild cramping feeling. If I support my scrotum, it goes away. I guess the solution would be tight underwear.

I wear a kilt fulltime now and I also go regimental (no underwear). My AMS MS pump tends to hang to my knees (exaggeration, but only just). Seriously though, when my scrotum is slack, my pump hangs down about 0.5-1.0" further than my lowest hanger there. When my scrotum contracts tightly though, it folds back nicely underneath below my balls.
In the following pic I'm sure you can see how low it hangs. By the way, if the following pic is inappropriate, I can delete it or place a link to it instead of embedding it in the message. Just advise and I'll update the message accordingly.

Update to more fully answer your question - I don't get the feeling in my inguinal area from my pump hanging down. Maybe in your case the reservoir tubing is shorter but in my case where I do get the feeling is in my corporotomies where the tubing exits, loops down around the underside of my urethra and then down into my scrotum. That area ALWAYS itches at the corporotomies because of the loop of tubing that's right on the surface under my scrotal webbing.

Where"s the pic you said follows, waynetho?
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.

That was odd... Apparently the source of already uploaded photos in my account was flagged as private and not available to anyone else.
If readded the pic from scratch. It's a photo from below, up my kilt.
