We have had lots of discussion about the bulge effect of a Titan when flaccid and I thought some would be willing to share a few pictures. Before my procedure I had trouble imagining what it would be like so here are some pictures from my swim today.
I felt a little self conscious at first but by taking some pictures I realized it still looked pretty normal. Any others want to share?

I should add that obviously on earlier swims I find the lighter colors of swim brief are more revealing but the dark colors not so much.

It would help if you can share the length and girth of your penis too.
A young guy in his early 30s from South Asia. Implanted Titan 22cm by Dr. Tariq Hakky in Atlanta (Dec 2020). Amazing doctor! No pain during recovery. My size is 5.75” x 4.6” which is better than pre-OP size of 5.6” x 4.5”. Hoping to gain more in future.

I thought with Coloplast the size would be same either erect or flaccid. Happy to hear that’s not the case.

And I think you should stick to the lighter colours... The other blokes will be envious.
