I was wondering..
When i'm flaccid, my penis just looks like a normal penis. But when i get erect, a lot of nice big huge veins come up to the surface, and it gives to my penis a strong nice "visual" effect.
What happens when you full inflate to these veins with an implant? Will they disappear, or they'll show up the same?

Just like the glans will engorge if it already does, the veins will pop out as well. The veins are on the outside of the penile shaft, just under the skin and as such they're not affected by the implant cylinders which are inside the corpora within tunica albuginea. My veins still pop out when they should.
