what holds the penile implant in the penis

As the title says, what holds the penile implant in the penis?

Are there stitches holding the upper tip in the head of the penis?

Is there a chance of the inflatable cylinders being pushed down and out of the penis through masturbation or rough sex?

What if having sex and not being fully inflated, can the cylinders come out?

I've searched, but maybe I wasn't wording this correctly.

Think of a sausage. To make a sausage you make a filler and then fill a casing. The casing determines the size of the sausage at max fill. In the penis the sausage is the corporal bodies. And the casing is the Tunica and elastic. And the filling is the sponge like tissue that when filled with blood causes an erection. So when this does not happen anymore or well enough an implant can be used. A small incision is made in the Tunica (sausage casing) and room is made in the spongy filler and the implant cylinders are placed inside the tunica. Then the Tunica (casing) is sewn closed around the tub to the inflatable cylinder or with a malleable there is no tubing. The cylinders are pumped with fluid and expand inside the Tunica (casing) The Tunica expands to it's limits or the limits of the implant. With a malleable there is no expansion just one size all the time. The Tunica can be perforated during surgery and also afterwards with oversized cylinders. You can do a search on IPP proximal and distal perforations if you want more information.

My implant distal tips are not secured in my glans. In the deflate mode over a few days the tips will work down completely out of my glans and into my shaft. At enough inflation to have penetrative sex the tips are fully back up in my glans. I have always inflated for sex and masturbation.
