Question about glans engorgement

Postby hope794 » Thu Nov 26, 2020 11:48 am

Hello guys.

I often read here that "if your glans engorges before the implant, then it will engorge after the implant". Now, this may be true (or not, i don't know) but i got a question about a particular topic:

What if my glans engorges but tends to deflate fast, because of my fibrosis of the tunica albuginea? I mean, all of you here (even the ones which glans inflated well before the prosthesis) had venous leak/ED in some degree, or you wouldnt be here i guess. So your glans tended to deflate like mine to a certain degree.

So i would like to hear the experience of someone which glans used to inflate BEFORE the prosthesis but had issue to mantain it inflated. Did things change? I've heard that there are cases of people who say that glans engorgement got better after the implant. Did this guys had fibrosis?

Please share..

My ED was caused by my large graft. It just never healed properly. That surgery involves moving the neurovascular bundle, so sensitivity took about 5 months to come back. My implant surgery didn’t effect any nerves. My glans even with the excision surgery still engorged, and still does now

Hope794,

I'll reply to your pm here, sorry I didn't reply last night, you're a fine lad.

I can get blood into glans but I can't keep it there. Just like you.
If I wear a cock ring then the glans stays engorged, it works very well. The shaft lacks rigidity though.

I hope with the implant, that it will itself stem the outflow to some degree (I have low expectations this will work well), I also intend to use a ring with the implant as many do here.

I've decided to be confident with it and own it, I have an implant and use the ring. If she doesn't like it she can walk.

Great mindset bro! Happy for you. Just 2 questions:

1) If you use Viagra or Cialis, does the glans engorge?
2) When are you going to have your prosthesis, and which one will you chose? I suggest a Titan..

When I use pills they do help, but not enough for anything even close to an decent ereciton without the ring.
The side effects are hellish too.

I am waiting on the NHS which is in a mess, especially with this bastard lockdown. Been waiting 2 and a half years. Yup.

I'm hoping for a titan because, smaller pump, more robust, more girth, although I will listen to the surgeon and do what I'm told!

Nipple play for me both in intercourse with my wife and solo increases my glans size, so do not discount anything that increases arousal and makes you breathe fire.

While I cant see my glans enjoying intercourse as it is buried in my sweetie, I do know that when she hits my nipples the game is on for much more intense arousal and orgasm/ejaculation.

During solo play in MMO play experiencing orgasms without ejaculation, my glans increases in size from the get-go of stimulation with glans play and nipple play, even before my shaft gets fully hard. Another anecdotal factor for you to consider in your quest for a bigger glans. I do not have an implant, but I am on this site to see what other guys are doing to hold onto their sexuality which in my case is several years beyond seventy.

Bob Hope, the affable now deceased entertainer, was asked in his later years how sex was at eighty. He responded: "Very good. Especially the one in the fall." You younger guys make hay while the sun shines in your youth. Sex for a man does not improve in the erectile department past seven decades.
74 years young GYMRAT. Married 48 years. On cialis 5mg daily. Into MMOs, prostate orgasms, and ruined orgasms to help erectile health. Thinking of an implant. Monogamy is good for a man.

I'm from the UK. The NHS is a great institution, it's just very badly run by management. The professionals on the ground are great. They are trying hard to be allowed to do thier jobs.

Lockdown has done a lot of damage, young people dying of cancer left untreated, the system only caters to Covid patients now.
We're at the stage where we will lose more to the lockdown than the disease. Stupid people making stupid decisions. It's all turning me into a libertarian!
At the very least Government should do no harm. They need to take the hippocratic oath. Here endeth rant.
