I’m 10 days out of surgery and have noticed my inflation bulb feels like a steel ball bearing!I don’t think Superman could squeeze it!Any thoughts?

I had the same problem. Try holding the release valve and squeezing the pump AT THE SAME TIME. That worked for me and I haven't had any problems since.

Which is the best and less invisible Titan pump? The OTR?

Has your doctor instructed for you to inflate? They should have given instructions and ideally pumped you up and deflated you to make sure everything is operating as expected as well as educate you on the process.

When your implant is in full deflate mode, the first pump requires some more pressure, and will "pop" just a bit. Be absolutely sure you know how to deflate and can feel the button before you activate! Trust me, you don't want to get stuck at full throttle until you can get in to see your doc...

Great to hear! Yeah, that first pump is a bit of a leap of faith, where it feels like there's no way this thing has any give! Then it had that "pop" moment, and it's actually quite easy to pump (at least in my experience about 3 months out). What's much tougher for me is getting it back into the "full deflate mode" that makes that pop happen! Still haven't quite gotten the hang of that, so I still have to hold the button down while I deflate 80% of the time or so.

It'll become a bit softer and more compliant soon enough, with usage. It's early. In the early days my experience with the still-firm bulb was exacerbated by the fact that my sac was still quite swollen and things were a bit tender for awhile and any wrong move down there sent the bulb careening through my nuts, etc. Never fun. I struggled with that thing in the early days of cycling but what I very soon found was, that my motivation to use my new dick quickly outpaced my squeamishness and clumsiness with the inflate/deflate. Eyes on the prize, man....
