Hello everyone. Long story short, i am an "hard grower" like i use to say, and i am considering an implant.

What really worries me is that, when i am flaccid, my penile size is really small, like 9-10cm (about 3.9 inches) in lenght and about 4.5 inches in girth.

But when i got erect, before Peyronie's, it doubled its size, going from 9-10 cm to 18-19cm (about 7.3 inches) in lenght and about 5.7 inches in girth.

Now, if i'll put an implant down there (which will probably be a Titan), i'll probably put a graft to correct Peyronie's and get back my 1 inch lost. Now, from my understanding, with a Titan you have almost the same measurements in flaccid and erect state, at least in girth..

NOW, My question to people who have had a similiar situation, my question is: will this give troubles to the penis, like 24/7 uncomfortable feeling, or feeling to have a "huge bothering dong" down there which makes everything hard in the everyday life, or will you always notice you have an annoying, bothering or even painful thing of 7+ inches between your legs?

I was about 3.5" flaccid before implant, so much so that I had to use what I call a "tweezer grip" to masturbate (I was also mostly flaccid due to ED when masturbating). On a colder than normal day, my dick could all but disappear with only a tiny glans/head peaking out of my pubes.

I am now right at 6.0 when being pumped up as long as I also get some additional tumescence. I'm 5.75" when DEFLATED, with tumescence (semi-erect) and about 5.0" when totally deflated and flaccid.

I have no pain from always being at 5" length. It is not difficult or troublesome to deal with 5" flaccid/deflated or even 5.75" when I get a semi. I just stow it like anyone else would who is above average in size (those growers who are 5-6" flaccid and 8-9" erect, for instance).

So basically you've gained a +50% lenght while flaccid. What about girth? What was it like before, and what's like now when totally deflated (and not engorged)?
Do you feel any uncomfortable feeling with this +50% lenght all the day?

Just a small warning. Peyronies is a difficult condition. As far as I know it is the only exception to the general rule of reclaiming lost length. Think for a minute. If your measurements dictate say a 24cm implant. That is most likely what you're going to get. The doctor will be very hesitant to put in an implant 26 or 27cm implant. Mainly for fear of causing erosion. So since the Titan has limited length growth. You might see limited regained growth.
Nothing concerning peyronies is guaranteed. Best of luck to you.

Right, but sometimes depending on the case you can get lucky. I had about a 20 degree upper-right bend and hourglass on the right dorsal penis at mid-shaft with a dime to nickel sized flat circular plaque. My doctor modeled my penis at that location but did not do any grafting. He broke the plaque free from my tunica and as a result, it floats almost freely over that one location and is almost undetectable (only I can feel it because I know where to look). The side-effect of the modeling though is that now when I'm deflated but tumescent (semi), I lean to the left because the tunica is broken on the right outer edge so there's less tension there than on the left side. When I'm inflated however, it's straight as an arrow. I'm pretty sure my left-lean is due to the tunica defect at the plaque because it feels loose there around the original plaque site on the right but tight on the left side (not like Peyronie's though).

I was an extreme grower, basically minimum of 1.5" when flaccid to 6" when erect. Implant has definitely changed all that! I'm now about 5.5" while flaccid, bit under 6" when erect. It's also not a super bendy flaccid, especially since I'm early into the recovery process with a Titan, just about 3 months out.

The Titan flaccid is interesting. I have to pretty consciously decide a direction to lay my penis when wearing pants, and it's pretty easy to see if anyone is looking for such things. It can be a little uncomfortable at times, but I definitely am not aware of it 24x7 or anything...though I was very aware of it for the first couple of months. It's still tough for me to aim while peeing standing up, and rough to tuck down to fit into the toilet, so pretty awkward. In public, I try to just use the urinal, which is no problem.

The flaccid state is probably the thing I like least about the Titan. Boy does it perform when pumped up though! Pump is pretty easy to operate too...I'm still getting better, but never had any trouble getting pumped or deflated.

From the accounts I've read here, there isn't much difference between the experience of a grower like myself or someone who had a more relaxed penis previously. If there was skin that needed to stretch, it did so pretty quickly, and I haven't had skin discomfort on the shaft or anything.

Wow hopeful, awesome experience, seriously!!! I don't mean to insult, but i've never heard of a 1.5" flaccid in my life. Are you sure it's not a typo? It seems like too little for me. Your penis had an expansion of 4x ?? From 1.5 to 6.. As i said i dont mean to tell you that you're a liar, dont misunderstand me please. It just seems so incredible, never heard of a 4x expansion, to be honest.

So your penis was ALWAYS 1.5" flaccid, and now it is deflated almost 6"?

Regarding the "awareness" of the titan, i would like to ask you some infos please bro..

1) It is that kind of awareness which disturbs you, your life, your sport or everyday activities? Or if you dont think at it, you dont notice?

2) You said it performs a lot when pumped. How would you rate the erection hardness from 1 to 10? Let's say that 10 is when you got a piece of steel in your pants xD

3) At What hour does your FULL INFLATED ERECTION point at? (for example: 3 o'clock)
