Yes. That reason is shorter flaccid. And of course creating a hype among desperate impotent implant-prospects that they will get a longer dick with an LGX. Which you won't.
There are at least a couple of studies I have referred to here in the past that show no difference in length gain between LGX and Titan. Or CX of course.
Of course, to gain (or regain) length with the Titan (and the CX), your doc must make sure he has sized you correctly.
An LGX leaves room for a shittier doc to get the job done since even if he doesn't size you correctly, the cylinders can find their way into the glans when inflating. But an LGX will not increase your length in any magic way. Just look at all guys here with LGX. How many of them grew their dicks compared to their heydays before ED struck them..?
One of the studies below even show shrinking for most LGX patients (!). But overall, results are just random. Different studies show a couple of mm more gain (or regain) for one model, but different models come out best in different studies.

So drop the BS that LGX gives longer dicks than CX or Titans. They give shorter flaccids which is great if you want a small dick in your jeans and bad if you want a big one. Subjective. Remember Boston Scientific's slogan "Small in the locker room, big in the bedroom" or something similar. They don't market the LGX as something that will make your dick bigger. They are probably just happy that people believe it will. Makes them sell more.

But of course, if frequent revisions and a big bulky pump is a price worth paying to get a smaller flaccid (and a weaker erection with no length advantage) then LGX is a great choice. That was a bit nasty, I know, but at least I linked some science to back it up. If anyone has better sources which proves the opposite, please link. Knowledge is what we are looking for here all of us, including myself.

I was about 16.5 cm all my life with a good natural (or Viagra) erection. Bone pressed.
Now I am just above 18 cm. That is almost 2 cm or 3/4 inches longer than I ever was.
Not sure how that happened, I didn't even cycle very aggressively. And my dick has even kept growing the last couple of years without inflating it one single time for two years without using it.
