Hey! I remember you from a year ago. Good to see your success story. Can you share some info about your penis size pre-op and now post-op 1 year later? Also, most importantly, can you post a photo of a completely deflated dick? That would be amazing because I have surgery coming up 2 weeks later and I am so nervous about Titan's deflated shape.

What was/is your size pre and post op.
Not to sound offensive, but is your pump so obvisious?
As a single guy im also interested in your opinion if you can get an onenight stand without noticing.

If I understand you and converted from metric correctly, you have an erect 7" penis. So, a Coloplast Titan is definitely an option for you if you can accept the flaccid state of that IPP.
For comparison sake, I have an AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs and with glans engorgement I can only get to 6-1/4". I consulted with 4-5 surgeons before making my decision about which one to do the job. In every case, except one, they all agreed that I was NOT a candidate for a Coloplast Titan. Dr. Eid was the only exception.
If you are able to pump discreetly during sex, unless a partner is touching, sucking, etc. on your ball sac, the pump won't be obvious. Besides, if it's a one night stand, why should you even care? If I were ever to stray outside my marriage, I would definitely want my lovers to know beforehand that I have a BIONIC DICK THAT STAYS HARD FOR HOW EVER LONG WE WANT IT TO!!!
