I did gain some of my lost size back at past one year but it was very slow. We are all different and you may or may not.
The thing is though I had a lot of fun right after I was cleared for sex with my shorter and skinnier self. I had an erection that was very hard and 100% reliable. One that lasted as long as I and my partner wanted. No worries for either of us about it. Compared to my total impotence before surgery this is pretty awesome. But as others said if you are wanting to be really good at sex do some reading and ask your partner what they like or dislike. Women are as different as us men. Some like to cuddle afterwards and I do to but my last partner was so sensitive afterwards she would tell me to stop and not touch her. Had one women tell me cunnilingus was ok but but not for very long. Most others would have orgasm from it. I have my likes and not so much likes also.
The old me, both the healthy youth and the total impotence, is gone. This is the new me and I am going to embrace and enjoy it all I can. I hope you can also. Take care brother.

Gonna have to agree that 5.0 is decent girth. That's what i have and never had any complaints. Some women have loose vaginas. Like throwing a hot dog down a hallway. Others have really good tight vaginas. Sounds like this girl was just loose. Not on you.

I've got 5" girth and last Saturday night my wife's best friend accompanied us to the club we attend. She practically drooled when I removed my kilt, telling my wife how big I am (5.5-6.0" length and 5" girth). Turns out for the past 20+ years she's been getting 3-4" length x 3.0-3.5" girth and she's frustrated.

Yes and as a matter of fact, I even demonstrated the pumping from fully deflated to fully inflated and back, right there in front of her.
