So I on oct 28th had my Titan 21cm implant put in. I went for my post op appt 4 days ago. He said everything looked great and squeezed it real hard and kinda repositioned it as i told him on rt during the 1st few weeks of healing a dogear(the bend of the cylinders) mostly on my rt lower shaft was very sensitive. So afterwards that did feel better and he was bragging saying this looks perfect and while admiring it said yeah and you have some fluid still at yhe tip but that'll go away. Well ever since my visit the tip of my penis has been real sore and the fluid is very noticeable. I pee ok, and for most part if im just chilling im all good. But if i go to reposition it and have to pick it up from head the fluid feels weird and i just hope this is normal as my urologist Dr. KOVAC from Indiana urology of Indianapolis said it was normal. Has anyone who had the implant surgery have anything like that during the healing process?

Hi Swanky.
The fluid accumulation is alarming, and scared the hell out of me because it was not only on the right side of the shaft where the surgeon had “modeled” my penis to correct my Peyronie’s disease, but my glans were not even visible because of a small balloon full of fluid that engulfed them. I drove back to the hospital, showed my surgeon the swelling, and she assured me the fluid collection was normal and my body would reabsorb it within a few weeks. At my sixty day follow up appointment the fluid was completely gone. I continued to pump up to 100% every day from about one week after surgery right up through this first year and my AMS 700CX just gets better with use. That first month was worrisome, painful and a real educational wake up, but it was all worth it. You’re gonna be fine!

Omg! That literally just made my heart stop pumping the way it has been! My doctor said just this past Tuesday it was good but after he twisted and contorted it to make sure everything was all good it got fuller each day a little more and was very bulbish looking and now today its fat but seems more thicker instead of just liquid feeling inside of the end of the shaft. I know healing isnt for the fate of heart but i keep telling myself this is gonna be so worth it! Im still just at 2 and a half weeks past surgery so ibknow ibhave more healing to go.
Thanks again for your reply

Did you consider Dr Mellon at IU for your implant?

Never heard of him. I chose dr. KOVAC as I seen he was like the main doctor that overseen all the rest of the urologists there at IU urology. So far he has been great! My swelling from Edema has went down considerably today like he daid it would! I xant wait to start pumping this bad boy up!

Kovac is at Indiana Urology and Mellon is at Indiana University Urology. My Urologist at Indiana University Urology recommended Dr Mellon. Sounds as though you have been pleased with Dr Kovac so that is good.
