I wish you good luck with your implant and excellent outcome for your full satisfaction. For most of us here, pain was tolerable with just OTC pain meds. You will need to take it easy first week.
I am also scheduled for revision on December 2.

Thank you sir. Thats very nice of you saying good words. Happy to hear about the fact that pain will be tolerable. Any tips on taking it easy for the first week? any best practices? I am more worried about keep it up right and cycling etc.. what should I do.. what I should not do?

and why revision on Dec 2nd? How long have u been having it?

Stay horizontal as much as you can. Standing puts more pressure on your surgery site. Even sitting is inferior to laying down. Taking it easy in the first days allows quicker healing so that your second week will be better for it.

I found, when urinating, it was easier to pee in a bottle or the hospital portable urinal (even standing in front of the toilet) and pouring the contents into the toilet rather than trying to aim the flow.

good luck ---- karpman is , inmy opinion, world class !

Getting the implant is absolutely the best thing you can do. My life outlook is 100% better now that I have the implant.

Best of Luck to you.

You mentioned: "He did prescribe me paroxetine for my PE problem" in your original post in this thread.

How is that issue? If it's not too personal, a short info on your PE. length of time to ejac pre and post drug. And dosage. I've used SSR dapoxetine (Priligy) and couldn't get the dosage low enough to be effective with no side effects. (light dizzy, slight headache after a couple of hours, stomach upset, unable to cum) Smallest pill size is 30mg. Pill division not recommended. I did anyways. No issues other than bitter taste and slight numbing of tongue. So, I stopped taking. Worked for me. Difficult to ejaculate. Wifey always tapped out. Nice to be able to ride longed than a couple of minutes. Double edged Sword.

Thanks for posting your experiences.

I don’t think and Dr could have done a better job. Zero pain, very easy recovery.

Good luck buddy.

Ice is your friend I. The healing process, get 2 ice packs so you can switch them out.
After incision is healed, hot bath really loosens things up. After I started the hot baths I switched from ice to a heating pad. Off and on all day. You won’t be doing much that first week.

Thank you sir. Thats perfect. I will follow your advice.

Thank you sir and sure. I guess nothing is too personal here. We are here to share our experiences. You all share such great insights and information this is the least I can do. I had really bad PE like 30 seconds or less I obviously cannot penetrate so ED is that worse even if I try to on rare occasions I immediately cum at the point of entry. When I try to masturbate it is 30 seconds or less. I have to take it real slow. I tried delay spray promescent it really works for me to some extent delay it by 2 minutes. But after taking Dapoxetine(20 mg) this has really helped to delay it by even 10-15 minutes. So far no side effects and I am able to cum too ( atleast there is no issues on that front though wish I am able to delay it much longer) while masturbating. I have to see how it works after the surgery to see real effect( penetration and the time takes to cum). I will share my experience when I get there.

week did ultrasound didnt find any leaks had good erection through trimix.. but I dont wanna live with injections for my life.. I felt weird too the size thickness and how it felt( maybe it was the first time I ever had real strong erections like that  It didnt go down and then he injected me with something that made it go down but I felt painful and uncomfortable for few hours.. Have low testo he said he can prescribe some meds but that might complicate my already worse PE problem. I said forget it lets do the implant and be done with it.. He did prescribe me paroxetine for my PE problem.. lets see how that works.. will post my results.. I am hoping that doesnt make my ED problem worse or maybe have other bad side effects( thinking positive) .. I am uncut asked him to perform circumcision too hope that helps in my PE problem..

Hi,
What other options have you tried? E.g, Viagra, Cialis. As for paroxetine/Paxil, I was on it for 5+ years and it worsened my ED (diminished sensation) and it was difficult to ejaculate. Also, the withdrawal was no joke. Took over four months to wean off.

My testosterone jumped from 300 to 800 after taking Clomid for 3 months. My doctor said it is safer than testosterone supplements so maybe that is an option for you....
