Best of luck with your surgery. I’m 2 weeks post today ( Mayo-Jacksonville) and could not be happier. No bruising and minimal swelling. Use ice bags or get several bags of dried beans to freeze and rotate their use (for some reason my wife wouldn’t use to cook with afterwards).

I only used narcotics for 2 days post op. I would definitely start taking stool softeners (colace) 3-4 days before surgery and several days after you discontinue narcotics.

I will not start inflating/cycling until 6 weeks post. I was also told not to take hot baths, only showers, until the 6 week mark. No lifting over 10 lbs. after that, return to normal activities. As you’ve read, different surgeons have different protocols. I will add, looking at porn, my dick (minimally inflated) has feelings I’ve not had since prostatectomy 3 years ago. Can’t wait to begin the cycling process.

Lastly, I found Separatec Men's Underwear Basic Bamboo Rayon Soft Breathable Dual Pouch Boxer Briefs the best to wear. It gives your scrotum support and is not as rigid as jock straps I purchased.

What other options have you tried? E.g, Viagra, Cialis. As for paroxetine/Paxil, I was on it for 5+ years and it worsened my ED (diminished sensation) and it was difficult to ejaculate. Also, the withdrawal was no joke. Took over four months to wean off.

My testosterone jumped from 300 to 800 after taking Clomid for 3 months. My doctor said it is safer than testosterone supplements so maybe that is an option for you....[/quote]

I tried Viagara, Cialis thats it. I like Cialis its more long lasting and has less side effects for me than Viagara. Sorry to hear about Paxil issues. I dont have that issue though I wish it lasts even longer.. But guess I will be happy with what it provides. Dont wanna wish for something that I cannot handle. I dont have any withdrawal issues I am able to have it on demand and dont have it every day


Nice to hear that testo jump. I did take clomid before to increase my sperm count as we were planning IVF and it worked. Doctor Clomid is more for sperm count increase than anything else. He said he has other testo medicine for increase libido, erection etc but said that might affect PE problems.. Anyways since I am going for implant I dont care anymore

Thanks for the confidence sir. Glad u were feeling good after 2 weeks. Good to hear about dried beans solution. very unique Doctor asked to take stool softner 1 week prior and continue after surgery for 2 weeks. He said since its Infrapubic I can cycle after 1 to 2 weeks and resume normality after 3-4 weeks. Agree on your assessment different doctors suggest different protocols guess need to follow what your doctor says to the "T".

Also great recommendation on the underwear. I will look it up and buy it.
