I am scheduled for an implant on 22nd December though I wished it was sooner but my Dr. Edward Karpman doesnt have any slots available( hope something opens up sooner so I can start the new year with a bang and rest and recover over the holidays rather than having to extend to next year). He recommended me to go with AMS implant. Looks like he does "only" the Infrapubic approach for reasons mentioned in this forum. He said it difficult on him but easy on the patient( in terms of recovery because it is minimally invasive).

Last week did ultrasound didnt find any leaks had good erection through trimix.. but I dont wanna live with injections for my life.. I felt weird too the size thickness and how it felt( maybe it was the first time I ever had real strong erections like that It didnt go down and then he injected me with something that made it go down but I felt painful and uncomfortable for few hours.. Have low testo he said he can prescribe some meds but that might complicate my already worse PE problem. I said forget it lets do the implant and be done with it.. He did prescribe me paroxetine for my PE problem.. lets see how that works.. will post my results.. I am hoping that doesnt make my ED problem worse or maybe have other bad side effects( thinking positive) .. I am uncut asked him to perform circumcision too hope that helps in my PE problem..


Anyways please wish me good luck I am bit anxious and but thinking of all the positive sex life this will bring me for years to come.. and any other thoughts and comments and advice are most appreciated

You will. It regret your decision. I got my LGX last Jan 13th. Easy surgery for me. Never turned black and blue. Just swelling. Ice took care of that.

You can pick up lots of tips on here just by reading here and there. Searching is another option. Save it for the days when you are bored and need to stimulate your mind, lol.
With the way things are going right now in this country with COVID, don't be surprised if you really do have extra time on your hands, so to speak.

Read your post on implant. I had AMS 700 implant January 9,2020. The surgery for me was a cake walk. I only had bruising and swelling. Used ice packs was very effective. My doctor made me heal for six weeks before sex. That was the hardest part for me.. i have always been very sexually active. After six weeks no more anything but sex! Wishing you the best. I wish you good luck with your implant and excellent outcome for your full satisfaction. For most of us here, pain was tolerable with just OTC pain meds. You will need to take it easy first week.
I am also scheduled for revision on December 2.

Thank you sir. Nice to hear that. Where did you undergo the surgery? What type of surgery was that?
