Max girth with 18cm x 12mm

Hey guys just wondering if those of you who have a 18 cm implant can tell me what yalls girth is with that size implant?

Is there a girth size max with a 18cm cylinders?

I have 5.25 inches which is exactly the same as when injections worked properly. interestingly 5 years of injections (Caverject) gradually increased my girth from about 4.75 to 5.25.

Hey Bluewhippet- nice! Do you recall how long it took for you to see your girth at 5.25? Was it immediate or after a certain month mark?

As far as I recall, When cleared for use at the 5 week point after implantation my girth was more or less back to normal or perhaps1/4 inch less. Despite regular cycling it has never increased beyond my pre-implant size. Is that because I am at the limit of the AMS CX cylinder inflated size or have reached the limit of my corpora expansion? I guess I will never know unless I need a revision and get a Coloplast Titan. Given my age, that is not likely to happen!

Mine with the Ultrex was 5.50 inches. Later with the revision and LGX I now have 5.75 inches and eight inches in length. That is normal on revisions they go a little larger then the original.

Hey ReyChez- do you recall the implant size back when you had the Ultrex?

Pamen: It has been a long time since I had my first implant. I do recall that the cylinders of the Ultrex were 18cm. But in those fifteen years I had lots of sex and by the time I had the revision things had stretched out and the LGX it expands in length and girth so I believe the specialists had to pull the New LGX further into the gland about one inch and then he added spacers or rte's at the base for a total of 21cm according to what he told me. I never did request to have it on paper. I was satisfied with what ever I would get. Sorry I could not remember every detail, but maybe this will answer your question. I actually have had two revisions because the first revision only lasted ten months and the pump was not working right. So I complained about it and they gave me a second revision. But I was amazed at how fast I healed up on my second revision. Four weeks after I had the surgery the doctor said I was ready to have sex. I still did not rush into it because on my first revision I started pumping it up to early and I busted the stitches, so I waited six weeks on the second revision.

I have Titan 18+1 RTE.
My girth fully inflated is around 5.5 inches.
My length, fully inflated is 5.5 inches.
After radical prostatectomy, I lost 2+ inches of length and some girth.
My girth after RP and befor implant was barely 3.75 inches.
