Waynetho thanks for the clarification. I guess I do not have floppy head after all. I was just nervous about not being able to penetrate for anal. If anyone would share pics of floppy head I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about difficulty in anal penetration. The one time I've performed receptive anal penetration since my implant, my partner was "out of practice" in receiving, but with a little pre-penetration warmup by dilating the anus with my fingers and feeling when it was loosening up enough, I was able to slide right in with sufficient lubrication both on my dick and in/around my partner's ass. There was no pain or discomfort on my part and I slid in fairly easily with very little effort.

Re: Is Floppy Head Normal?
Gland engorgement has nothing to do with the cylinders. The cylinders are for the shaft to engorge with saline being pumped into them. The gland will engorge with blood still being pumped into the gland by your body, not mechanically with a pump. I can actually get an engorged gland and the shaft semi erect. I can not see wearing a cock ring unless you have leakage. The tips of the cylinders should be about half way up the gland. Mine after fifteen years and the implant finally failed to pump, on the revision they told me that the cylinders had to be longer on the revision because with the Ultrex they were already at the base of the gland. So the new LGX were pulled up about another inch into the gland and I am not sure because I did not ask as to how many rte's he had to add to the base of the shaft to compensate for the pulling of the cylinders further into the gland. All I know is the specialists done a great job and gave me my full length.
