Just a suggestion for the future: Please go to your profile and update your sig with what model implant you have, along with the date you got it. It will make it easier for people to answer your questions.
From your post history, it looks like you have an LGX implant, which will significantly improve in how much it lengthens over your healing process. That is specifically what an LGX is meant for. You're in week 3, you've barely even begun your healing process. Yes, the acute surgical damage heals up within the first couple of months, but your body is going to be adjusting to your implant for well over a year.
I'm a couple months in with a Titan, and each week there's some change or another. Seriously...you need to be patient with your body and with the implant. Follow your doctor's instructions, keep calm and cycle on.
Despite any of the road bumps in my recovery so far, I've made a pledge to myself...I'm not allowed to make any long term judgements on my implant until 6 months out, and even then I know there's potential for further changes. It sounds like you may need a tether like that to help remind yourself to stay calm and collected, and to derail the obsessive thoughts before they really latch on.
Best of luck to you!
