Testicle scar from implant: how much is bad?

Hi guys. With penoscrotal approach, as you know, you get a scar on the testicles. I would like to know how much the scar is visible after some months, if it goes away.. Especially if you have more than one revision. Anyone wanna share pics or experiences? Thanks

Mine has gone away and the vertical incision is advertised to do so. I had a previous surgery on my left testicle and that scar in my scrotum takes a lot of looking and stretching my scrotal skin to see.

If the incision was vertical as mine was, instead of horizontal as some get, it shouldn't be too visible in even a couple of months (maybe 3). I'm at just over one year and my incision was along the raphe (visible division between left & right side of scrotum) and other than some depigmentation along the scar, it looks just like the rest of the raphe. In time I figure the depigmentation will clear too. It was totally white a few months ago but now it's starting to take on more of a natural, albeit not perfect coloration.

Here's a picture of my raphe and the incision now at 377 days post-surgery. The scar that goes horizontally to the right is because the doctor had to work more extensively on my right crus to remove a lot of scarring before the rear tip would seat properly.

I can't remember. I do remember that I removed the last 2 stiches myself as they did not dissolve at about 8 weeks. So it was after that. We are all different and I had a scrotoplasty so I had a really long incision. So you may be faster or slower.

Wow, if i didn't know you've had an implant, i would have never said you did. Nice job from the surgeon.

Hope I had a horizontal peno scrotal incision and the scar was largely undetectable after about three months, after six months it could net be seen even if I looked carefully for it.
