Question

Postby Cameron » Wed Nov 04, 2020 4:07 pm

Im just over two weeks post op with my AMS 700LGX. My incision is in my scrotum and healing nicely. My concern is the skin on the shaft of my penis, my head feels normal and sensitive but the skin on my shaft is now all numb, how long roughly until the sensation there comes back? Am i looking at weeks or months?
Also for you experienced guys, you know when you are cold and your scrotum constricts to pretty much a walnut, are you still able to manipulate and use your pump or do you have to warm everything up first? Thanks

everyone is different. i noticed that at first but it did go away and feels normal. My sack shrinks when cold but never had an issue with the pump in cold environment. I have a Titan.

I am at 14 months and most of it has regained sensitivity. I now can orgasm every time with intercourse. What a great feeling! :D

Read a story yesterday that sensitivity was restored within 6 months.

It did take a while to regain all the sensitivity. At one year out it's pretty normal, but I have been taking a lot longer to finish. (not that the wife minds! LOL)

I had numbness on the underside which resolved gradually over 6 to 9 months.
If your scrotum is tight, you can still manipulate the pump . It does take some practice.

Hey, guys...there are two other current topics in the Implant section about loss of sensitivity. How about posting on those rather than starting a new 3rd one!
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.
