Loss of Sensitivity
At 6 months post-op, I still have not regained sufficient sensitivity for orgasm or ejaculation. My surgeon's PA has suggested inserting a Bi-Mix gel into my urethra or using an Oxytocin nasal spray. I would appreciate feedback from any of you who have tried and/or use either one of these. I would also love to know about any other successful options to increase sensitivity. Thanks!
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.
Re: Loss of Sensitivity
Was your sensitivity totally fine before the surgery? Do you undergo RP?
Furthermore, i would like to know if your glans still engorges, and which approach your surgeon did choose. Infrapubic or penoscrotal? Lastly, can you please share if he had to put some graft?

26 yo from Italy.Peyronie's disease probably since 2015.Since then, penis bends of about 20-25°. PD keeps progressing. Moderate ED since 4 years and things getting worse. From pornstar-like to depressed, but still fighting for a solution.

I'm at just over 1 year and have only had one penetrative orgasm since surgery. I think the trauma from the surgery and PD modeling and probably the dilation for the implant causes the nerves to lose sensitivity.
I'm looking into purchasing the Viberect x3 (ejaculatory version) which is used for men with spinal injuries and is recommended for nerve retraining in men with DE (delayed ejaculation). It's a vibratory medical device that uses a high amplitude (3mm) vibration and specific frequency (can't recall). It's not cheap but I'm willing to pay the $330 for it if there's a chance it will help me.
They say for spinal patients, 2 minutes on top and bottom if the glans will induce erection. Wait a minute then apply for 2 minutes again and it will trigger ejaculation.

To answer your questions...
1) Immediately prior to implantation surgery, I was able to achieve orgasm/ejaculation about 75% of the time during sexual interactions with my wife and 100% of the time within 5 minutes through masturbation with pornographic videos. Since returning to sexual activity post-op, I'm unable to orgasm/ejaculate at all with my wife and even sometimes through masturbation
2) I have not had RP surgery
3) I get some engorgement of the glans but not firm
4) Peno-scrotal
5) No graft

Please check with your surgeon before using a Viberect x3 (ejaculatory version) to be sure it won't damage your IPP. I believe this is a home version (lower frequency) of the unsuccessful Shockwave therapy from my Urologist that I had prior to my own surgery.

Re: Loss of Sensitivity
All nerves removed during RP. Occasionally glans will fill. Orgasim from masterbation is just a quick passing. not much feeling. Orgasim in vagina is more powerful but takes a long time to get there. I was much worse at 6 months after implant. Wish I could get gland to fill.

I would try Nicotinamide Riboside, it's could be snake oil, but it could help healing.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Re: Loss of Sensitivity
Your sensitivity should get better in time. In the meantime, try pills. The extra blood flow can help. It helped me.

No, it's s medical grade vibrator, not shockwave. It uses a 3mm amplitude and a 70-110 Hz frequency. It's also most often used on the glans, top and bottom to stimulate the pudendal nerves in both sides of the penis.
[EDIT: Spelling correction - "pudendal"]

Re: Loss of Sensitivity
Just concerned that you might possibly damage your IPP using a Viberect x3 (ejaculatory version) waynetho! If you decide to try it, please share your experience.
