One of the things I like about my natural penis is the desire to kegal when I have an erections. Im not sure how to describe this but i'm sure as fellow men you guys know what im talking about.

When you have a boner and you feel the urge to kegal and get even more blood rushing into it.

One aspect of this is more inflation of the glans when the kegal is done.

Do you guys on here who have had surgery notice that this ability is maintained post surgery? Both the desire to kegal and the inflation of the glans?

Absolutely! As a matter of fact I "PLAY" with my wife while penetrating where I will Kegel and cause my dick to swell and bounce. It drives her crazy. If I had a mind to, I could probably even fake a (dry) orgasm by doing first a long Kegel, followed by rapid pulsed Kegels, with gradually longer gaps between each. It almost seems to me that my kegal muscles(for lack of another word) got toned up a bit after surgery. Some have suggested using Viagra or the like to give a blood flow boost to the glans. Personally I don't need it.
