Circumcision before implant?

Circumcision before implant?
I have severe ED and PE and considering implant. Do you suggest me getting Circumcision done along with implant? I heard it’s good for PE. When you go through implant as well get that one done too you are anyways going to be in pain for sometime and in the long run it’s clean and effective. Do you guys suggest it? Or would there be any complications? Has anyone done it like this? Please share your experience
40 yrs old. Have ED and PE all my life. Never had penetrative sex all my life. Tried almost all kinds of options( pills, injections, natural therapies etc. Turned Bionic on May 17'22 with Titan by Dr.Karpman infrapubic approach.16cm+2 RTE
