I've been wearing a kilt, regimental style for the past 2.5 weeks (commando) and nobody has made any notice of a bulge. Some have asked the typical kilt questions about what I wear under it, and one guy at a shop in a local mall asked me if it was cartwheel safe, but nobody notices any particular bulge in my kilt, even when I'm not wearing a sporran (little fur or leather "purse").

I'm right at one year and have no trouble parking my penis down if I so decide. Of course mine is not a Titan but even several Titan owners here have shown a very good "flaccid" (deflated) hang after the break-in period.

I've gone commando my entire adult life, even following my IPP surgery. I believe that the consensus on FT is that AMS products are designed to allow for a more natural flaccid hang than Coloplast products. I'm very pleased with my LGX in both the flaccid and erect mode.

You did not post your penis size so I am not sure how to reply but I am about 6.5" flaccid and I go commando all the time and just let it hang down my pant leg.

My flaccid is less than 6.5" and it hangs just fine. A longer flaccid like yours should hang even better.

Something that keeps my nuts nicely in place, and lets me point my penis one way or the other works best for me. The main issue is that even when your penis is pointing down, it's still not super flexible, so it's going to be however long you are whatever direction you point it.

Might change as time goes on, I guess. Supportive undies have been great though. Too loose (boxers) or too tight (jocks) both kinda suck right now.

I'm just the opposite, I go commando 95+% of the time, except in winter. But I also enjoy nude sunbathing even when it is cool (I'm in north Dallas). Of course, I only use a swimmer jock when I workout. Good health during your recovery.

I tend to like tighter low rise underwear, but also have gone commando. That being said since my implant a little over a year ago when I do go commando it depends on the material my pants are made of.

With jeans because of the stiffer nature of my cock in flaccid (deflated) state the courser material of jeans becomes uncomfortable. In sweatpants, gym shorts, lounge pants or other softer weave materials I can and have gone commando.

So I guess it’s up to you and what you find comfortable with what you’re doing.

Speaking only for myself, unique surgeries, my dick has been so sensitive since surgery that going commando was the only way I could wear clothes for going out. If no one was coming by house, you would see me walking around with my PJs and my dick sticking out (this was before). Cock was sensitive to clothing rubbing up against it, and the slightest pressure from Jockeys would drive me crazy!
Prior to surgery, I was always wearing Jockeys, never commando. Today, 7 months out, I just started wearing Jockeys again. Cock not as sensitive and I can let cock rub up against underwear, lol.
