I spoke to Dr. Eid about losing girth (I am 16.5 cm) during my video consultation. He said the Titan only expands to around 15 cm, but if I get partial erections now, then I may maintain my girth.

Yes I know my before and after measurements.
I was over 7" girth before and I'm 6" girth now. I was implanted o the 1 st of September

I tried to research this exact topic many times and never found any information on it. I don’t know why manufacturers are not readily supplying this information.

Unfortunately that seems to be the case. I wonder if you apply do VED and apply heat it might expand the implant even more but at the risk of making it thin.

I think that you guys are forgetting that at least 1 of the companies can/will make a custom implant. I've only heard about them being made in length but who is to say that the girth diameter couldn't be custom made?

Want one do you? I'm a bit surprised that you didn't run into the mention of a custom size. Considering how much that you read old posts.
I used the search function. I thought that it was Coloplast. But I found a mention of AMS. As for the USA? Both are American companies. Likely sell the most inflatable implants into the North American market. I have a really hard time believing that the service/product isn't offered here. Now how to order it prior to needing it seems like the real question. There is a chance that it is a standard non cataloged item that is stocked at their headquarters. Just guessing at a lot of the details.
