Poll about Implant duration with vigorous usage

Postby hope794 » Sun Oct 25, 2020 11:49 am

Basing on your experience, what's the average duration of an implant, if you make sex quite vigorously double the 1-2 times a week that Dr. Eid talks about?
26 yo from Italy.Peyronie's disease probably since 2015.Since then, penis bends of about 20-25°. PD keeps progressing. Moderate ED since 4 years and things getting worse. From pornstar-like to depressed, but still fighting for a solution.

Guys who’s implants are working well and are enjoying vigorous sex won’t be on FrankTalk as often.

The pool of respondents you are drawing from here are more likely to have problems with their implants and be on FrankTalk looking for a solution to their problem.

Just know that your poll results will be skewed as a result.

I respect your opinion, but tbh i'm pretty sure that there are a lot of guys here who do vigorous sex and can easily vote. At the moment, i'm pretty satisfied about the replies. I thought it would last less than 5 years.

LOL bro, are you serious? 3 implants in 7.5 years? That's crazy. Why did you replace them? Failures because of the hard f*cks or you were just unlucky, for example because of bad surgeries, or failures from implant himself..?

I mean, i'm not obviously making fun of you, but 3 implants in 7.5 means an average of 1 every 2.5 years. This sound scary to me. Please tell me more bro

The way I read it is different than you do. In 7.5 years he has had 3 implants. You can't divide the years by 3 until his current implant fails. So he got about 3.7 years per implant so far. Not a huge increase but I feel it is more accurate than 2.5.
I suggest that you spend some time reading his post history. I'll bet that you'll learn about the 2 failures. For all we know at this time. They might of been as simple as a tubing leak. Fairly minor in the big picture of things.
As far as medical things go. Failures do happen. I've had a crown fall off of my tooth. Fillings have gotten more decay around them. My glasses prescription changes every few years. Despite having my gall bladder removed. I've had 2 gall bladder attacks.
I think LMCatmans number of revisions is an exception rather than the rule. I remember reading an old post from a guy that had 6 revisions in I think 10 years.
Btw, I believe that many revisions are not caused by vigorous sex. We have a member that has never used his implant. He posted a while back that it appears to not work anymore.
I would love to wear an implant out. Maybe even 2 of them. After all, it took around 40-45 years to wear out my natural penis & it got used a lot.

I used my first implant from age 20 to 31... and I would say I used it A LOT.

Thank you too for sharing bro! What do you mean with a lot? How many times per week, on average?
