I am exploring options for implants and hoping to make a decision soon. I have few questions. Look forward to your thoughts on the below questions
1.Does the implant help in delaying the ejaculation too in any way? or do you guys( with PE problems too like me) use sprays or oral meds?
2. Do you lose the sensation in any way like how you used to have it before the implant? Is it more to satisfy your partner than yourself or do you get satisfied too? For example if your partner gives you BJ do you enjoy it? I am using strapon to please my wife would it just be a replacement for the strap on?
3. Do you guys ever feel like there is an alien attached to your body always or you get used to it after few months or you dont feel anything at all( no change)? Especially when you masturbate do you feel like jerking a rod?
4. If my penis is only 4 inches is it possible to get a larger sized prothesis to increase my size or its not possible at all?

1. Your sensitivity will probably be the same
2. It is not like having a strap on. it still feels like a part of you. If you over-inflate, it may feel too hard.
3. It does feel artificial at times (your flaccid state may feel more solid and hard). Masturbation feels very close to the same for me
4. Generally, you cannot increase your size. Most surgeons will size it to approximate your original size.
5. The flexible implant has its drawbacks (poor rigidity compared to inflatable, uncomfortable, narrow girth, to name a few).
6. You have to weigh the benefits vs the risks. There is a reason why most choose the 3 piece over the semi rigid.
7. If you dont do a revision, you have it removed or live with whatever function (or non-function) you are left with.

Thank you so much. Really appreciate it. More and more I read I think AMS could be a good option. and I will speak with Urologist for options for my PE issues. I think Promescent works for me fairly well and combined with some oral I think I should be ok. I just need to be more brave and just do it.

AMS they are advertising as Currently the ONLY penile implant on the market with cylinders that expand in GIRTH and LENGTH - Is it true has anyone experienced it?
