Cheating
Not sure rather to put this in humor or here but to the guys that have been implanted and in a relationship. Have you cheated?

Good answer Lost Sheep. Does the pump care?
I personally think the question is inappropriate to ask amongst men on a health forum. Now if a guy volunteers that info then that is different. Cheating on a wife or the regained ability to do so are not revelent to supporting men through the implant process.
Many areas of Frank Talk are accessible to the general public. That includes women & potentially minors.
Ponder your questions accordingly before posting please.

If one is permitted, is it still cheating? I think not. I have been with more than just my wife but it was with her blessing. I did top my FWB one time (so far) and he said it was great (specifically after a few thrusts I asked if he was okay and he said, "Oh yessss!")
[Edited to change "pumps" to "thrusts"]

Re: Cheating
If your wife was willing to stick by your side while you had ED, and emotionally support you while you made the decision to implant and recover. Then you're probably pretty trashy to then use that new power to cheat on her.

That would be a judgement call, ViaSwiss. Could it be that his wife's support for her husband included her blessing to find sexual release outside the marriage? There are reasons a woman might give her blessing (one among them is that SHE has lost the ability to enjoy sex with her implanted husband, so chooses not to limit him in that way). As long as he honors her wishes (and did not pressure her into acquiescence) what they choose to do within (and outside) their marital vows (or contract) is up to them and their God(s).
I cannot imagine it, but maybe she likes to watch?

Exactly, not cheating. I figured out that I was bisexual and my wife said she knew it since we met and it was *SHE* who said that I could explore with men as long as she meets and approves of them. As I said, it's not cheating if it's sanctioned by my spouse. Look up "Ethical Non-Monogamy". No, she doesn't watch or participate at all and we still have a great sex life. I had a bucket list and some things she isn't equipped to fulfill.

Re: Cheating
Precisely, cheating is a very specific action. That is why there are other names for other actions. Not sure why that is hard to understand.
I still don't think "cheating" is beneficial to FT or to the members. The public perception could last forever.
I searched the implant section for the word cheating. I did not read every post but it seems that most posts weren't about sex. A few talked about a spouse, even 1 that I took as a political statement.

Re: Cheating
I was being humorous when i asked the question . but i seriously did want to know from a psychological aspect how men are viewed who have implants from their significant others. Is it more so of an I accept you as you are or is it more of an he can have any woman and I'm lucky sort of view point.

Re: Cheating
Perhaps funny but not to some. We already have a good thread about wives that resist their man getting an implant. The last thing the group needs is for the rumor to get to women that an implant leads to wanton cheating. Women won't see any humor there.
As I've already said. Even though this is generally a mans forum. Non members (women esp) & minors can read most of the posts. Lots of posts have mature content in them but it is in a medical context.
Most members that have chosen to discuss sex outside of a relationship have also taken the time to explain why it happens & use the correct name. As my cheating search seems to show. It ain't happening. If it is, it isn't part of the broader implant discussion or help provided here.
Sorry to seem harsh. But as far as implants go. I think it benefits everyone to play the long game.
