doubt venous leak

Postby guysmall » Wed Oct 21, 2020 7:40 pm

Hi, I'm a 28-year-old boy, I would like to know if someone can answer me some questions:
1.-Can viagra work or is there a case in which this drug has worked for 10 years or more when you have a venous leak?
2.- Within the forum there are guys with small or below-average penises that have been implanted and their length after the implant is lost to the point of becoming a micropenis, I have a penis of 11 cm and length is my biggest concern in a case of requiring an implant I am afraid of spending a lot of money on a surgery and the cost of an implant and that my penis will definitely become a clinical micropenis
3.- Does viagra work better on a small penis with venous leakage? Could the work done by the drug have more effect on a penis that did not require so much blood to fill?
4.- Recommendations to delay an implant as long as possible due to my age
5.-How many thousands of dollars would an implant surgery cost in the US with a good surgeon, cost of surgery + cost of implant of 3 components?

1 Viagra can work, and the other oral medications can, too. I used Viagra until it lost effectiveness, then switched to another and then the other. I might have been able to go back to viagra (after my body lost its resistance to Viagra) and rotated through the drugs, but in all likelihood eventually they all would have lost effectiveness.

2a I suggest you not worry about size for two reasons. I have an average penis for my racial heritage. If I had a choice between an 18cm penis that did not work and an 8cm penis that did work, I would take the one that worked. Sex with a micropenis (using good body positioning) can be very satisfying for both and remember, most women make love to the MAN, not the penis. If she likes the man, the penis is of minimal importance. If she does NOT like the man, the penis is not a consideration at all. Unless she is entirely penis-focused, in which case you would be well advised to not have relations with her of any kind.

2b Most implanted men do not wind up smaller than before. It would take a poor surgeon or some other medical condition of medical mistake to do that. Having said that, it is important to compare size immediately before the surgery (not what you had when you were 18 years old and fully functioning) to what you wind up with a year after surgery.

3 I don't know. I doubt it, though. Viagra does not work on blood volume, but on opening up flow. That is, not volume of penis but diameter of blood vessels..

4 Delay as long as you have a penis that can work by any means necessary. There are people working on better treatments than implant/injections etc. There is one mentioned here on Franktalk lately that may prove to be better than any oral medication and NOT require injection. An implant is irreversible and destroys erectile function because the insertion of the implant generally compromises the cavernosum tissue very badly. One should only go for an implant when there is nothing to return to if the surgery fails utterly. Consider is a last resort.

5 I have no idea the cost.
