After the sex free 6 week healing I got the okay for Lil' Alfa. A bit of pain in the glans but nothing like the ache of injections. I expect that to ease. One thing was disconcerting though. Each time I thrust I could feel the cylinders. Sort of like when you rub a balloon with a wet finger. Anyone else notice this?

Only when I'm not 100% max inflated. There's a little give and slide of flesh against cylinders and some crinkle that I can feel if I am maybe 70% or less inflated. When I max the pressure out that sensation is entirely gone.

I am unsure if I understand the sensation you describe. Before my implant, I could feel my "cylinders" (my corpora cavernosum) and my skin sliding up and down just a bit.

With my implant, the sensation is very much the same. I wonder if you are feeling a lack of lubrication inside your partner? Just a speculation.

I had pain in the glans the first time I went for it! It is still a bit sensitive, but already is much better a couple weeks after that first time.

As for the sensation of the tubes, I think I know what you mean, though it's a bit different with a titan (it's more of a crinkle with the tube material). Adjusting how inflated you are should help. I get a crinkle if I'm a bit underinflated, but it's uncomfortable being overinflated. Time and practice should help, and the new sensations will also start to feel "normal" as well.

Keep on using it, that'd be my suggestion!

I agree with the other responses. Before my pump freed itself so I could pump with two hands, once in awhile because of weak hand strength I could not pump enough to get the cylinders to fill up enough and I could feel slight movement in the glans by the cylinder tips. This will go away completely as it become easier to cycle.
I would also advise pump till pain in the glans, but for sex keep it to about 75 to 80%.
You might experience more pain than pleasure till about 9 weeks out.
