Sorry for my bad English. I come from Germany and I am 32 years old. I was implanted with an AMS 700 LGX three weeks ago. Cylinder length 21 cm. I have some questions for you guys.

1. Current length: 14.5 cm when fully inflated. I've heard that the penis gets bigger over time. What can i expect Before the operation, I was 18 cm.

2. The scope is also much thinner. Will anything change here?

3. Many speak of a very hard erection. It doesn't feel like that with me. Does it get tougher over time?

I was implanted with AMS 700 in January 2020. Do you have it inflated enough? When I inflate mine it’s hard as a rock. During sex I have to be careful I could hurt my wife it’s so hard. I think mine has gotten a little more flexible these past few months. It has been eight months a little more flexible and a little thicker. I am sure it depends upon usage number of times used. More usage more flexible. My wife likes my new bionic cock. I think I probably can expect it to get a little more flexible over time with usage.

No apology for your language is necessary but it is helpful to know that English is not your primary language.

1. Current length: 14.5 cm when fully inflated. I've heard that the penis gets bigger over time. What can i expect Before the operation, I was 18 cm.

3.5 cm is quite a loss of length from fully erect before your operation to fully inflated after the operation. The LGX expands in length between uninflated and inflated. How long is your penis when uninflated now and how long when inflated as fully as you can now, please?

How much (degree of inflation ) were you inflated immediately after your implant operation? If a low percent, your implant is likely to have a capsule of scar tissue formed around it. This must be broken up or stretched for you to reach your full potential size. This is an uncomfortable process and you should (with your surgeon's approval) cycle your implant as fully as you can for the next several weeks or months. (Remember, I am no medical professional and ALL advice you get should be verified with your surgeon.)

2. The scope is also much thinner. Will anything change here?

By "Scope", I believe you mean "circumference" or "girth".

You should fill out somewhat more as time goes on, but with the AMS devices, your girth will be filled out primarily by your corpus spongiosum. (Again, this is my non-medical opinion.)

My experience is that my penis was round in cross-section when erect before my implant and more oval when inflated (without sexual arousal) after implant. That oval shape filled out more round when sexually aroused and inflated, but never quite as round as I recall I was before implant. I did not measure my actual girth before implant as carefully as I should have, but I believe I only very little girth, if any. Only the shape seems to have changed. My penis is flatter and wider when inflated than when it was erect before the implant.

3. Many speak of a very hard erection. It doesn't feel like that with me. Does it get tougher over time?

When I was 18 years old, my erections were so rigid my penis was impossible to bend. Now, when inflated, my penis is just as rigid.

I will guess at an explanation for your penis feeling less rigid: Perhaps you are unable to inflate the implant completely because of the scar tissue capsule. This is only a guess. Ask your surgeon, who can give you a clinical exam and a more certain explanation.

So, your aroused and (implanted) erect penis is 2.5 cm shorter than your pre-implant aroused and erect penis. Also, not as rigid.

Is your glans well-supported by the tips of the implant? That is, are the tips of the implant deep into your glans - how deep (2/3 is considered about right)?

If additional pumping effort results in more discomfort in the glans, that (to me) would be a sign that the implant is not yet fully elongated and it will stretch your penis to greater length over the next few months. Be cautious. You do not want to stress the tissues inside your glans too much. Too little pressure and your recovery of length will be slowed. Too much pressure and it will be painful and there is a small risk of damage.

What do you estimate is the reduction in rigidity?

The greatest question is, "Is there enough rigidity to for sexual penetration and thrusting activity?"

I was thinking earlier and can form my thoughts a little better now: If your implant cannot (for now) be fully inflated because of scar tissue capsule formation, you would not see your ultimate full length until the capsule is stretched out. The inability to achieve full length of the implant may cause a reduction in rigidity. The thought about reduction in rigidity is speculation. A call to the AMS Patient Liaison (P.L.) might produce more reliable information about that. And the P.L. is paid for by AMS, so no cost to you for asking questions there.

Hate to say it but patience. You are 3 weeks in. I did not even start pumping either the titan or my lgx till week 3. You are still swollen inside. Stiff. Cylinders are stiff. They soften over time.

Like others said, the important part is your tips. When you are pumped are they well up in the glans. If so, just start cycling and get ready for the long haul. Size for most of us on here came after months of cycling not weeks. I did not get close to my pre ed pre peyronies size till about month 9. And that was cycling 2 times a day for 30 minutes to an hour each. Pumped as hard as I could and feeling the ache everywhere in my shaft. At about month 9, no more ache and length pretty much stopped as well.

Now at 7 months into my revision I am still at the same length at month 10 with my titan. It just takes time.

How big is yours?

My 700lgx was 15cm with a 5.5cm RTE. That is total 20.5 cm. My cruse is very deep. around 5cm. My penis is 6 inch tip to pubic bone. You may have a shallow cruse. I was at full length right after the operation. My dr said that I would get it all back within 2 years if I cycled daily.
