Guys I have only recently noticed but the cylinders do not go into my glans, they stop just short. Is there any chance that with cycling they will eventually go into the glans?

Sounds like I have the same issue as Irishguy. Same surgeon as well.

If you pump up fully, do they still stop short? Do they reach at least as far as the coronal ridge? If they do, how far (by percentage, please) do the tips extend past the coronal ridge towards the penis' tip?

The end of the tips finish exactly where the coronal ridge starts.

I hope that because I have an LGX, which supposedly grows in length, it might eventually go further in. Or something... I mean, how else would it grow in length? Unless its just not going to. I can squeeze the head of my penis and do not feel the cylinders in there.

Do you recall (or did you ever observe - many men do not bother observing details that are unimportant before implant but which become important afterwards) how far your tunica albuginea extended into your glans the last time you had good erections? I didn't really take detailed measurements myself, but did feel around there. My LGX (and tunica's end), when the implant is uninflated, does not go into my glans as far as it does when inflated. But I am pretty sure the tips do not retract inside the tunica, but the tunica probably stays with the LGX's tips. And this, by my recollection, is pretty much what happened when I had my own (non-implanted) erections.

One cannot expect the implant-supported tunica to extend into the glans further than the corpora cavernosum-supported tunica did. That is, if you had a short tunica before implant, I don't think you can expect it to be longer once an implant is in it. At least, not for a while.

When your implant is fully pumped up, can you pull on your shaft/glans to get the implant tips further into your glans? If you can, this might be a subject for you to bring up to the Patient Liaison (to get more background information) before you bring it up to your surgeon. Also, the information you will get from other members here will be useful. Information that might be better-based than what I have just given you. I am, after all, just one guy.

Quick update guys + another question.

I have been cycling this thing for about 1 hour a day but I have noticed a couple of times when I am pumped up to the maximum, a clicking sound that I guess is the tubing or the pump or something. Is that anything to be worried about? Maybe I am pumping it up too much?
